Q + A

Do I have to go on the cruise to attend the Wedding?

Of course not! The ceremony and reception will take place at a venue on the ship. Once the festivities conclude, non-sailing guests will be escorted off of the ship.

When do I need to RSVP by?

February 1st, 2025 please! The cruise ship needs to have everyone's name that is attending (due to security reasons) and a total guest count.

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

We have reserved a complimentary coach bus for non-sailing guests. This will get you to and from the cruise terminal. The bus will leave Londonderry Bus Station (4 Symmes Drive, Londonderry ,NH) at 8:30 AM in order to get to the cruise terminal for 10:00AM. The bus can hold up to 56 passengers. Please indicate in your RSVP if you will be taking the bus to and from the cruise terminal.

If I am coming from out of town, is there a hotel reserved near by?

There is a hotel within walking distance from the cruise terminal. It is both the Hampton inn/Homewood Suites by Hilton. We have reserved a room block (Labrie Room Block) for both the night before (May 15, 2025) and the night of the wedding (May 16, 2025). The price is currently $299 per night before tax.

Is a passport required for cruising?

Passports are required for travel OR government issued photo ID and a raised-seal birth certificate.

What can I bring on the ship as a non-sailing guest?

Please have your driver's license or photo ID. Non-sailing guests can bring anything as long as it is not on the prohibited list (https://www.ncl.com/prohibited-items). Gifts are allowed on ship, but it is requested that they are unwrapped because security will have to check it.

Are children allowed?

While we cherish the presence of children in our lives, we kindly request that the ceremony be an adults-only affair unless your children are sailing with you.

What if I'm pregnant for the cruise?

Norwegian welcomes pregnant guests on board, provided you have not entered the 24th week of pregnancy when the cruise ends. Should you be 24 weeks, you unfortunately will not be permitted to sail due to safety reasons.

Are there COVID-19 restrictions?

There are no COVID requirements, including no masking, no testing and no vaccination requirements, however, this is subject to change at any time.
